Rapid River Pro Wash
Client: Rapid River Pro Wash
Challenge
An 8-year-established pressure washing business with a 5-star rating and 200+ jobs had no web presence capable of capturing the local search traffic its reputation deserved — no city-level landing pages, no structured SEO, no way for new customers to find them across a wide service area
Solution
Built a fast static site with 20 individual city landing pages, interactive before/after image sliders, a Leaflet-powered service area map, Schema.org LocalBusiness markup, and a Netlify Forms quote request flow — all optimized for local search from Grand Rapids to Traverse City
Result
A professional, conversion-focused site that matches the business's 8-year reputation — sub-second load times, clean local SEO foundations across 20 service area cities, and a quote funnel Jesse owns outright
The Challenge
Jesse had been running Rapid River Pro Wash for eight years, building a 5-star Google rating and completing 200+ jobs across Northern and West Michigan — house washing, concrete, roofs, decks, gutters, and commercial work. His reputation was built entirely on word of mouth. The problem: there was no website capable of converting the organic search traffic that reputation should have been earning.
Without city-specific landing pages, a business covering everything from Holland to Traverse City is invisible to local search for most of that service area. Without structured SEO foundations, a company earning real five-star reviews is outranked by competitors with newer-looking sites and no track record.
Jesse needed a site that could work as hard as he does.
Our Solution
We built a performance-first static site using Statiq.Web and Tailwind CSS, deployed to Netlify, with local SEO and lead generation at the center of every decision:
- 20 Individual City Landing Pages: Dedicated pages for every city in the service area — from Grand Rapids and Holland to Traverse City, Ludington, and Manistee — giving Rapid River Pro Wash a proper foothold in local search across its full coverage zone
- Interactive Before/After Sliders: Drag-handle image comparisons for concrete driveways, house siding, wooden decks, cedar shake, and full home exteriors — turning real job photos into a live sales tool
- Leaflet.js Service Area Map: Visual polygon map showing the full Northern and West Michigan coverage area with individual city markers, making the service area tangible for prospective customers
- Quote Request Flow: Fast, frictionless quote form via Netlify Forms — no backend, no server cost, straight to Jesse's inbox
- Schema.org LocalBusiness Markup: Structured data for search engine understanding, paired with proper H1 hierarchy and meta descriptions on every page
- Google Reviews Integration: Real customer testimonials — including Willow R., Carol B., Mollie K., and Brian K. — baked into the site with proper social proof presentation
- Full Client Ownership: Source code in Git, deployed to a Netlify account in Jesse's name, with no platform lock-in
The Result
Rapid River Pro Wash now has a website that matches its eight-year track record. The site loads in under a second on mobile, covers 20 service area cities in local search, and gives new customers a clear path from "found it on Google" to "request a quote." Jesse owns the site outright — if he ever wants to take it elsewhere, everything goes with him.
